1. "Service" refers to the Taba letter exchange platform and all related services provided by the Company.
2. "User" refers to any individual who accesses and uses the Service in accordance with these Terms.
3. "Content" refers to letters, images, and all other materials created, posted, or transmitted by users through the Service.

Article 3 (Acceptance of Terms)
By accessing or using the Service, users agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

Article 4 (Service Provision)
1. The Company provides a platform for users to exchange letters with friends and discover public letters.
2. The Company may modify, suspend, or terminate the Service at any time with or without notice.
3. The Company is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions or modifications.

Article 5 (User Obligations)
1. Users must provide accurate information when registering for the Service.
2. Users must not engage in any illegal activities or violate the rights of others.
3. Users must not post content that is defamatory, obscene, or violates public order and morals.
4. Users must not interfere with the operation of the Service or attempt to access the Service through unauthorized means.

Article 6 (Intellectual Property)
1. All content created by users belongs to the users who created it.
2. Users grant the Company a license to use, store, and display their content for the purpose of providing the Service.
3. The Company owns all intellectual property rights in the Service itself, including its design, functionality, and branding.

The Company respects user privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

Article 8 (Service Suspension and Termination)
1. The Company may suspend or terminate a user's access to the Service if the user violates these Terms.
2. Users may terminate their account at any time through the Service settings.

Article 9 (Disclaimer)
1. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content posted by users.
2. The Company is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.
3. The Company is not responsible for disputes between users.

The Company may modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Article 11 (Governing Law)
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.

Effective Date: These Terms are effective as of the date of user registration.
